About the Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll shape Warp’s cutting-edge logistics platform, working in-person at our Chicago office alongside our Head of Product. You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to define and deliver features that optimize our network. This high-impact role in a fast-growing startup is perfect for a self-starter ready to drive innovation and make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct market research, and identify opportunities to enhance logistics workflows (e.g., optimizing our driver application, developing predictive analytics for facility operations).
• Define product vision, craft detailed user stories, and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.
• Analyze key performance indicators (e.g., adoption rates, operational efficiency gains) to drive continuous product improvements.
• Support go-to-market strategies with feature demos, documentation, and seamless customer workflow integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience in technology or logistics roles, such as project management, business analysis, or software development).
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Required Skills

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, or Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Self-motivated, with proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in product management for software solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and insights.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools or logistics optimization processes.

Pay Range

$100,000–$140,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
