The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our commercial team in Houston.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation and discovery to demos,
proposals, and closing. You’ll work directly with key stakeholders in logistics, operations, and
procurement across major global brands.
This role is ideal for a high-performing enterprise SaaS seller with experience in complex
product sales and a passion for solving operational problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery to negotiation, closing, and handover
- Deliver ~10 strategic enterprise deals annually (target: $500K quota)
- Build and manage a robust pipeline (4x quota coverage expected)
- Lead customer conversations with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Challenge the status quo, uncover operational pain points, and map solutions to measurable value
- Collaborate closely with product, onboarding, and customer success teams
- Attend in-person meetings, trade events, and a 1-month onboarding program in Houston
Requirements
Sales & Domain Experience
- 3+ years of B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in logistics, operations, commodities, or supply chain
- Track record of closing large, complex deals (ideally $50K–$200K+ ACV)
- Experience selling products that aren't market leaders
- Familiarity with long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and value-based selling
Communication & Presence
- A+ English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong executive presence — able to command a room and handle C-level conversations
- Additional languages (Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus
Mindset & Traits
- High ownership, low ego — comfortable being hands-on and accountable
- Strong discovery and storytelling ability; you ask smart questions and connect dots quickly
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and onboarding activities
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
- On-Target Earnings: ~$153,000 - $173,000 (with 100% quota achievement)
