Role summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will develop and nurture
relationships with our clients, enabling their success in the competitive
renewables development industry.

Act as the voice of the customer for a 30 person SaaS business
What you’ll bring
-
3+ years in SaaS in a relationship management role (Customer
Success, Account Management, or similar).

You excel at growing and nurturing customer relationships and have a strong business acumen.
-
Be highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-
term customer retention.

You have leveraged data and analytics to identify trends, iterate, and
measure impact on customers. -
You enjoy negotiations and have worked with procurement teams on
renewals. -
You are eager to take on new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. -
Possess clear and thoughtful communication skills, with strong critical
thinking ability. -
Bias for action and strong customer focus

Detail-oriented task management skills and ability to stay organized
and prioritize across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives -
Possess the technical competency to understand Transect’s software
and build great relationships with customers. -
Ability to map the entire post-sales customer journey – from kick-off to
renewal you drive continuous usage/adoption to ensure customer
retention.
Nice to Have Experiences

Work experience with utilities, energy developers, or within the energy industry

Strong experience with Hubspot

Startup experience in a Seed or Series A
What you'll do
-
Perform new client onboarding and orientation
-
Serve as the point of contact for your customers and drive them to specific business outcomes on or before their timelines

Become a product expert on Transect and how our platform can be used to expedite renewable development and uncover risk
-
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors that focuses on renewals, expansion, and advocacy

Influence Transect's strategy and product priorities to drive adoption and retention by being the voice of reason for the customer

Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
-
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work toward mutual goals

Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal

Analyze product data to identify client performance trends and insights
-
Partner and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
