We are headquartered in Seattle, but are open to remote location depending on role and if a candidate resides in a state we currently employ in.
The Job
As a Director of Commercial Enterprise Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate recurring revenue by landing new agreements as well as contract renewals for Omnidian’s commercial clients. You will own the ongoing revenue expansion efforts from clients that you sign, supported by a strong Operations & Client Success team. Through your relationships and interactions you will be a conduit for customer needs and market intelligence back to the organization. We believe that revenue is a team sport, and are looking for someone with the ability and passion to be a strong cross-functional partner.

- Identify and sign new clients within the Commercial Enterprise sector
- Develop sales strategies tailored to targeted segments and aligned to Omnidian’s value proposition
- Build industry relationships to create awareness, loyalty and enthusiasm for Omnidian’s comprehensive Performance Assurance solutionsManage the entirety of the sales process for new prospects from pricing to proposal to contracting and onboarding phasesEngage in rapid cross-team collaboration with Client Success, Product, Operations, and other Senior Leadership to develop expanded scopes that meet market demand.
- Manage your sales pipeline, provide revenue forecasts, and deliver to growth forecasts utilizing our CRM (mastery of your pipeline and keeping up with CRM hygiene is a must!)
- Maintain and generate new business with existing customers
- Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with cross-functional teams in Client Success Product, Operations, Engineering and Finance to deliver exceptional client results
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, payment structures and schedules with external parties, while protecting company interests
- Clearly communicate contractual entitlements and obligations to internal teams, such as Legal, Operations and Finance

- You form strong relationships with prospects and clients, driven by mutual respect and open honest dialogue
Experience You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience working in an Enterprise sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution-based selling approach
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospect through renewal
Experience Thats a Plus
- Understanding of, passion for, or experience in the Renewable Energy space
- Experience selling into the Commercial Real Estate space
