The Job
Join Omnidian as a Demand Generation Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming the renewable energy landscape. As part of one of the fastest-growing solar technology companies, recognized as a potential "Future Unicorn in Sustainable Technology," you will drive innovative strategies that push the boundaries of what's possible in the energy sector. In this role, you will bridge market potential with tangible success, spearheading initiatives that significantly enhance our sales pipeline and market presence. You'll collaborate across various departments, influencing marketing strategies and organizational growth, and reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This is a chance to impact a top-tier team, interact with senior leaders, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in a dynamic industry.

What You'll Do

  • Accelerate Demand in Target Audiences
  • Forge robust lead generation frameworks that attract, engage, and convert.
  • Strategize and deploy omnichannel campaigns that set a new industry standard for effectiveness and creativity.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools not just competently, but masterfully, to cultivate a rich, sustainable lead ecosystem.
  • Drive the strategy and execuition for all outbound lead generation efforts, including paid advertising and event activations
  • Cultivate Market Momentum
  • Analyze market trends and harness insights to steer Omnidian's market presence.
  • Implement lead nurturing processes that ensure a steady flow of sales-ready leads.
  • Drive conversion optimization strategies that make every touchpoint a potential spark for customer acquisition.
  • Lever lead scoring to inform marketing strategy and focus sales to ensure success.
  • Lead with Data, Win with Content
  • Transform raw data into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and validate their journey through the sales funnel.
  • Work hand-in-glove with the content team to craft messages that not only inform but inspire action, always with an eye on SEO best practices.
  • Champion demand gen content that educates the market, turning Omnidian into a synonym for thought leadership in renewable energy.

Experience You'll Need

  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience
  • 2+ years of LinkedIn ad experience
  • Experience in Salesforce segmenting and filtering leads and creating workflow automations

Experience That's a Plus

  • Event activation
  • Email marketing
  • Account based marketing experience (ABM)
  • HubSpot
  • Google PPC (pay per click)
  • Facebook ads
  • YouTube ads
  • Solar/renewable energy experience
  • No formal education requirement, though college degree preferred
