The Job
The Project Coordinator of Scheduling will support the management of our client relationships by assuring for a timely and satisfactory scheduling experience. This role will report to the Sr Manager of Commercial Operations, while also working closely with Portfolio Operations Managers and Performance Managers on the Commercial Operations Team. The qualified candidate will work exclusively on the scheduling steps for Preventative Maintenance and Auxillary Services. If time permits the scheduler will also work to support the Corrective Tickets. They will be involved with activities from the finalized sale and initial Field Service Partner quote request to the report delivery. A large portion of the role will be building relationships with Field Service Partners and Portfolio Operations Managers. This role requires a detail oriented self-starter skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities. The candidate has a proven track record of excellent customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and oversight of a portfolio of roughly 300 MW of distributed solar assets
  • Be the secondary point of contact for clients in terms of scheduling Responsible for project schedule
  • Create and manage tickets for planned service activities
  • Ensure all annual maintenance service tasks are completed per contractual requirements
  • Support the generation and preparation of quotes for service activities
  • Assist in the coordination & management of service activities with partners in our field service network
  • Engage in and support recurring field service network partner check in callsMaintain and improve upon the relationships with asset stakeholders. i.e. Site owners, facilities personnel, etc.
  • Review and deliver service visit report deliverables to clients assigned
  • Contribute to the development & revisions of Omnidian's standard operating procedure library
  • Embrace flexibility and adaptability. Job description may evolve over time
  • Be willing to learn in a fast paced industry

Education and Experience

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ year of office or similar experience in the solar energy industry
  • College degree in renewables or relevant field

Total Compensation

  • Full base salary range of $46,750 - $63,250
  • Up to 15% bonus, paid quarterly
  • We place candidates within the band based on professional experience, not negotiating skills, as part of our overall effort to avoid gender pay discrepancy

  • 100% of health insurance monthly premiums paid for employees, and 50% health insurance premiums covered for dependents
