As the VP of Marketing at First Resonance, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. You will lead a dynamic team, developing and implementing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and amplify our mission to democratize access to advanced manufacturing capabilities. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in positioning First Resonance as an industry leader, expanding our market presence, and driving customer engagement.

Base requirements
Serve on the leadership team and align marketing execution with business objectives
Build and lead a marketing team that oversees all product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement marketing, events, community and digital marketing
Work with Product, Engineering Sales, and Customer Success departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
Work with Product and Customer Success to drive product onboarding features and improve the conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and product-qualified leads (PQLs)
Drive sales-enablement marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that showcases ION and First Resonance as a manufacturing software leader in the industry

What you will learn
Experience building a go-to-market strategy across customer segments with product-led tactics (e.g. self onboarding, marketing drip campaigns, etc.)
Data-driven decision-making across product, marketing, customer success, and sales to meet marketing targets and objectives
Ability to qualify and prioritize marketing efforts (e.g. feature and product marketing vs conference attendance and events)
Market research experience and the ability to track trends in electrification, additive manufacturing, and more to drive value to technical buyers in the manufacturing industry
Excellent communication skills to effectively relay value propositions and build an efficient First Resonance marketing engine
How to apply data from product, customer success, and sales to drive marketing strategies, performance, and execution
