As a Business Analyst at Chargetrip, your primary responsibility will be to document feature requirements and create business documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the features fulfil their expectations and prevent any scoping errors.

What you'll be working on

• ✅ Communicate with stakeholders and gather information and requirements for upcoming features

• ✅ Write detailed specifications and requirements for new and existing features in collaboration with the Product, Development and QA teams

• ✅ Create detailed and relevant project artefacts like schemas and database plans

• ✅ Update, maintain and create internal business documentation for our existing APIs

• ✅ Work with the development team to ensure requirements are met and provide insight during the process

• ✅ Partner with QA on test plans/cases, perform UAT

Your profile

• ✅ You are a well-organized and have an interest in sustainability and the EV industry

• ✅ You have a minimum of 3 years experience with scoping features for APIs

• ✅ You have an understanding of databases, both relational and non-relational

• ✅ You have experience with documentation and project management software like Notion, Jira or similar

• ✅ You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• ✅ Affinity towards Clean Tech

• ✅ Understanding of GraphQL and REST
