Your Role

You’re the driver who makes sure ambitious projects don’t just start but actually finish strong. As a Project Manager at ACCURE, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical delivery, product development, and user value.

  • Own the outcome: You lead cross-functional projects with accountability for results. From timelines and dependencies to external partners and internal engineering teams: You ensure that delivery is structured, transparent, and on track.
  • Bring structure to complexity: You turn uncertainty into clear next steps. Budgets, risks, and shifting requirements don’t scare you: You make them manageable and visible.
  • Connect delivery to product: You don’t just get projects done; you feed what you learn back into the product. Customer needs, feature requests, and recurring pain points get captured and turned into input for the roadmap.
  • Keep the user in mind: You make sure solutions serve real people, not just technical specs. Whether through user interviews or reviewing usability, you bring a user perspective into delivery.
Your Skills
  • Your studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial), or similar; Alternative: Business degree with strong technical exposure with a clear track record of leading complex technical deliveries.
  • You own delivery: You’ve led technical projects before and know what it means to be accountable for deadlines, scope, and results. 3+ years owning end-to-end delivery (timeline, budget, risk, stakeholders).
  • You bring clarity: Complex initiatives don’t overwhelm you: You structure them into risks, timelines, and actions that everyone can follow.
  • You think product:You’re curious about how delivery connects to strategy. You don’t just close projects, you translate them into product insights.
    • Nice to have: 1–2 years experience in contributing to product discovery/requirements and basic UX validation (interviews, usability critique).
  • You understand tech: You don’t need to write code, but you can engage with engineers, grasp system overviews, and discuss trade-offs.
  • You empathize with users: You know that even the best technical solution fails without usability. You’re comfortable running interviews and challenging designs to keep the user’s perspective alive. 1–2 years experience in contributing to product discovery/requirements and basic UX validation (interviews, usability critique).
  • You communicate naturally: You create alignment across stakeholders with clear, confident communication: In English (German is a plus).
  • You thrive in change: Priorities shift, paths aren’t always mapped out, but you adapt, find solutions, and keep momentum.
