Your Role
  • Drive sales excellence: Expand our presence in existing (especially BESS) and new markets while accelerating business growth by addressing relevant in-bound and out-bound leads.
  • Shape innovative sales strategies: Conceptualise, design and execute comprehensive and robust sales strategies and growth initiatives that push revenue growth, cultivate sales pipelines, and explore innovative sales channels to enhance our market share by collaborating closely with the executive team.
  • Generate market insights: Conduct thorough market research to uncover unexplored opportunities, deeply understand customer requirements, and analyse strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
  • Advance team development: With a servant leadership approach, lead and/or mentor our expanding sales team, providing clear direction, guidance, support, and identifying avenues for professional growth.
  • Team Work matters: Collaborate closely with the executive team as well as your colleagues in the Business Development & Sales Department, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Help shaping a greener future: Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and how batteries are being used in the future.
Your Skills
  • Experience: You bring a demonstrated track record of at least 5 years in sales, ideally within the context of a SaaS or data-analytics start-up or high-growth environment. Alternatively, you have an extensive expertise in battery systems and/or e-mobility positions.
  • Existing network: You have a pre-existing network in the domains of BESS and/or automotive OEMs and can utilise that to increase relevant opportunities.
  • Methodical Sales approach: You’d describe yourself as a hunter rather than a farmer and get excited about chasing new opportunities. Your work style is defined by structure, an entrepreneurial way of thinking and a resolute focus on delivering results.
  • Team-Oriented Personality: A strategic thinker who remains grounded in a hands-on approach, you personify a team-oriented and servant ethos.
  • Languages: You have excellent communication skills, and confidence in negotiating in business English. Speaking German is a plus but not required.
